The hotel's location in the city centre is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the old town and close to the ports for day trips. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided a nice variety of delicious options, with different rooms for each floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff provided excellent room service and we were impressed by the wide range of amenities offered, including car hire, dry cleaning, and a shuttle service to the nearby attractions. The room itself was well-appointed, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a minibar.
While we wish the staff at the reception desk had been a bit more welcoming, the leisure spa & wellness centre was amazing. We loved the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the aqua park was tons of fun.

Fantastic spa with pools, warm water, and great 50m pool. Convenient location in old town, close to port and tram to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with AC. Would definitely return! 🏊🛀🏨👍✨

The hotel had great facilities including a pool, water park, and spa. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold options, including traditional Estonian dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good value for money. Modern lobby, nice staff who spoke good English. Convenient location for exploring the city. Close to the Old Town and train station. Baby-friendly waterpark with great views of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Town, making it easy to explore the historic center. The spacious rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and offer a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The aquapark and sauna facilities are a definite highlight, providing guests with a fun and relaxing experience.
One downside is that the cleaning service in the lobby area should be scheduled outside of meal times to avoid disrupting guests' dining experiences.

We had a fantastic stay at Kalev Spa Hotel & Waterpark. The location was perfect, being just a few minutes away from the airport, old town, and the harbor for ferries to Helsinki. The highlight was the massive indoor pool, which we enjoyed swimming in before breakfast each day. The breakfast buffet had a good selection for vegans, including porridge, muesli, and a salad bar. The room was comfortable and the view of the old town and port was superb. we highly recommend this hotel for its location, facilities, and friendly atmosphere.
